Silver-plated Victorian cutting service in its original case.
The service consists of a cutting knife and a 3-tooth fork with meat retention crank.
The black case, with brass clasp, is padded with blue satin inside the lid and, below the kitchen instruments, blue cardboard with blue velvet fabric at the ends.
Manufacturer's brand in gold letters on blue satin: KLEIN-GLITSCHKA . 43 rue des Champs. GHENT.
The sleeves of the utensils are decorated with floral motifs, the retaining crank of the fork of a shell.
The knife is marked on the blade "Molten Steel Guaranteed".
Between 1870 and 1890.
Creation of the KLEIN-GLITSCHKA company in 1870 and disappearance of the GLITSCHKA reference around 1890
Lack of silver plated in places (see photos).
The 2 sleeves of the utensils seem to have been rewelded at the guard (see photos).
