1890 style reticle hat and bag set

Antique set of a bonnet style black raffia hat with two long ribbons and its Victorian style purse reticle probably from 1890
The beanie hat is adorned on the top with a bouquet and covered with a blue fishnet fabric
The raffia and the bouquet and the mesh are marked by wear (see photos) but could be restored

The reticule bag is made of a black gray and blue striped fabric, embellished with a black velvet ribbon and decorated with a lace organza the interior is gray the bag is in very good condition and it measures 29 cm or 11 1/2 inches high by 28cm or 11 inches wide
its organza lace is 5cm wide or 2 inch
The sequins adorning the bouquet look like mica

The hat satin ribbons are 22 1\2 inches or 57cm long by 8 cm or 3 2\8 inches wide
The hand-stitched black raffia beanie style hat has an inner metal rod around its edge, it measures approximately 19 cm or 7 1/2 inches high and a diameter of 23 cm or 9 inches
