Stylized felt hat from the late 1930s, early 1940s.
Beret style fascinator with a flattened shape sitting on the top/side and held by a stem covered in the same fabric and featuring two buckles.
Forest green color.
Hand-stitched with grosgrain ribbon in the same shade.
Good condition, Three small marks on the top difficult to see (see photos).
As the hat is worn flat on the top side of the head, it is a universal size.
Slightly oval cap measuring 21 cm or 8 1/4 inches by 19.5 cm or 7 3/4 inches.
Length of the stem surrounding the ear and holding the hat 23 cm or 9 inches.
