Hat stretcher, or hat enlarger, with brass crank handle and 4 small black metallic feet.

Probably 1930.
Marked 6 3/4 on the wood.
Measurement on the two re-entrant metal rods: 6 7/8 to 7 1/2 and 21 5/8 to 23 1/2.
Weight: 665g.
