This seller was extremely unhelpful and unproffesional. They shipped me glasses using hardly any bubble wrap.. mostly just tissue paper which is no way to protect glass. I provided images of all the broken glasses and kindly asked for a refund to be processed since these were broken upon receipt. The seller has fought me on this refusing to refund me. I highly recommend thinking twice before ordering anything breakable from this store. They are not experienced with how to pack fragile items and do not support the customer when those items come broken.
