Gold metal push-button closure.
Peach satin interior with a small pocket compartment.
Marked inside USA H1.
Marked "CMS" on the hinge buttons.
Probably year 1950.
Very good condition but slight tear on the buckle handle (see photos).
Size at the base: 22.5 cm or 8 3/4 inches.
Height: 15 cm or 6 inches.
