Very rare postcard from Venice depicting the island of San Giorgio Maggiore, the Grand Canal, and the Doge's Palace.
There is also a military ship, a steamboat, gondolas and a group of pigeons.
The cancelled stamp of 25 cent is a collector's stamp of the Italian Post Office representing the "Campionati mondiali di Calcio"
The handwriting is hand-dated 11-8 -1934 and is sent to Berchem St Agathe, Brussels, Belgio
