Of Hungarian origin, Trajan Viua, based in France, was one of the unlucky pioneers of aviation. The thefts he made had no official witnesses. On his third test, his aircraft ran out of engine and broke on the ground

Wishing to evoke through Tintin, the history of the means of transport, peoples, countries..., Hergé develops the Project of the Chromos with the help of E. Jacobs.
The first images appeared in 1946 in the Tintin newspaper and the chromos can be obtained in exchange for Tintin stamps.
The project, which was initially broader, became a small project and became the history of the means of transport.
The 300 chromos are signed Hergé and appear in 2 times.
First, in collaboration with E.P.Jacobs are the air series and the FER CHEMINS
Then in collaboration with J.Martin appeared the series L'AUTOMOBILE DES ORIGINES À 1900. THE AVIATION WAR 1939-45.The ORIGIN ALIFTO1 1914. THE MARINE OF ORIGINES To 1700. THE MARINE FROM 1700 to 1800
